A little movie I made featuring my dad's childhood trains, my childhood obsession with model-building, and the help of some talented friends. The layout contained around 90 buildings and more than 250 tiny lightbulbs. Ever see the cockpit of a 747? That's what the underside of the layout looked like, thanks to my pal and micro-electrician Louis. All in all, it took a year to build and wire up, and a week to film and edit. Looking back on it, the film should really be half the length. One of these days, it will be.
